Four constructions cover most interior-protection programs. All are designed in-house and proven with a physical sample before you commit.

Grid Dividers / Partitions
Slotted panels that interlock into a multi-cell grid, separating every unit from its neighbors and the walls.
Best for: glass bottles, drinkware, multi-cell kits. Ships flat, slots together in seconds

Die-Cut Fitments / Platforms
One-piece folded platforms that locate each component and suspend it away from the box walls.
Best for: electronics, tools and multi-part kits with a clean presentation
Layer Pads & Edge Buffers
Flat corrugated pads between product layers, plus edge and corner buffers where the load concentrates.
Best for: stacked identical units and palletized shipments

Insert + Box Kits
The insert engineered together with its mailer or shipper as one system, with printed interior optional.
Best for: DTC and subscription kits where the opening moment sells

Sustainability
An insert cut from the same corrugated as its box makes the whole pack one material. It goes into paper and cardboard recycling streams together, with nothing for your customer to separate. Recycled-content board and FSC-certified sourcing are available on request. Right-sizing the insert also right-sizes the box: less void fill, less freight, less damage.
Insert & Divider Questions, Answered
Can you design an insert from just my product’s dimensions?
Yes, and better still, courier us the product itself. Our structural design team engineers the dieline in-house and you receive a free structural sample to test the fit before committing.
Do dividers ship assembled?
They ship flat and knocked-down. Slotted panels interlock into the grid in seconds on your packing line, so you pay freight on board, not air.
When should I choose paper over foam?
Paper wins on eco briefs and medium-fragility products; EPE foam wins on fragile, heavy or anti-static jobs. We make both in-house, so you get an engineering answer, including hybrid designs, rather than a sales pitch.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Inserts follow the box order, so there is no separate minimum when they ship with your cartons. Ordered on their own, standard MOQ is 1,000 per size and style. Smaller runs are quoted case by case.
Can the insert be printed?
Most inserts run unprinted. For kit and unboxing packs we print interior faces (instructions, brand color, opening sequence) as part of the same program.
Can you supply the box and insert together?
Yes, that’s the point. Insert, box and any foam or tray components are engineered as one system by one supplier and tested together.
