Custom Shipping Cartons & Master Cartons
The workhorse boxes of export and fulfillment, engineered rather than guessed. Tell us what the carton carries, how high it stacks and how it ships; we choose the board, verify the strength in our own lab, and deliver cartons that hold up from packing line to final mile.

Flute Selection, Engineered to the Load
Every carton spec starts from three questions: what does it weigh, how high does it stack, and how does it ship? The flute sets the balance between cushioning, stacking strength and print surface. These are the three configurations we quote most. Liner grades do the rest, verified by edge-crush and burst tests in our in-house lab.
B Flute
The all-rounder, with solid crush resistance and a stable print surface at moderate thickness.
Best for: most master cartons and fulfillment shippers
MOST SPECIFIEDBE Double Wall
A fine E face over a B-flute core, for clean print with extra rigidity.
Best for: printed master cartons that also work hard
PRINT + PROTECTIONBC Double Wall
B + C combined, the export heavyweight for high stacks and long routes.
Best for: heavy or fragile export loads
EXPORT HEAVYWEIGHTDouble-wall grades have a dedicated page. See Heavy Duty / Double Wall Boxes. Not sure which flute? Send weight, stack height and route. We engineer it and prove it with a sample.
Printing & Marks
- Water-based flexo, 1–3 colors: logos, handling marks, barcodes and QR codes at volume pricing.
- White-ink printing on kraft: high-contrast branding straight on brown board, no white top liner needed.
- Shipping marks to your market: carton numbering, weights and import-market requirements, printed not labeled.

Carton Styles
Four constructions cover most shipping programs. All take the same board, print and testing options on this page.

RSC: Regular Slotted Container
The default shipper (FEFCO 0201). All flaps the same depth, minimal board waste, fast to erect and seal.
Best for: most products, most routes, the cost-per-strength benchmark

HSC: Half Slotted / Open-Top
Flaps on one end only. Slides over product as a cover, or works as a tray-and-lid system.
Best for: heavy items loaded from the top, two-piece telescoping packs
FOL: Full-Overlap
Outer flaps overlap the full width for a double-thick top and bottom and stronger edges.
Best for: heavier contents and rough parcel handling

Die-Cut Custom
One-piece die-cut constructions with integrated handles, locks or display features.
Best for: retail-facing master cartons and carry-home packs
Working from a spec sheet or a competitor’s carton? Send it over. We’ll engineer the dieline and prove it with a sample.
UN-Marked Dangerous Goods Cartons

For lithium batteries and other regulated shipments, our corrugated program includes UN-marked cartons produced under our export dangerous-goods packaging certification. Packaging compliance is ours; product-level certification (such as UN 38.3 for cells) stays with your product.

Sustainability
Corrugated is widely recyclable in paper and cardboard recycling streams; recycled-content board and FSC-certified sourcing are available on request. We also right-size and pallet-fit: a carton matched to your product and pallet plan cuts freight, void fill and damage. It is the cheapest saving in the chain.
Shipping Carton Questions, Answered
What sizes can you make?
Made to order. Every carton is engineered to your product and pallet plan, not picked from a size chart.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 per size and style. Flexo printed slotted cartons carry no cutting die and our own corrugator runs E and B flute, so this line has the lowest floor of anything we make. Smaller runs are quoted case by case.
How do you decide how strong the box needs to be?
From your load, stack height and route we select liner grades and flute, then verify edge-crush and burst strength in our in-house lab before production runs.
Can you print our logo and shipping marks?
Yes. Water-based flexo in up to three colors, plus white-ink printing on kraft for high-contrast branding. Barcodes and market-specific shipping marks are printed, not labeled.
Do you supply UN-marked boxes for batteries?
Yes. We produce UN-marked cartons under our export dangerous-goods packaging certification. Product-side certification, such as UN 38.3 for cells, remains with your product.
How fast can I get a sample?
Free structural and digitally printed samples ship within 5 working days. You pay only the courier. A full press proof takes 8 days.
