This website, huanyinpack.com, is operated by Huanyin Pack (Huan Yin Packaging Group, Xiamen, China). We are a business-to-business packaging manufacturer; this site exists to present our capabilities and receive inquiries from business buyers. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit our contact or quote-request form, we receive what you enter: your name, business email, company, country, the products and quantities you’re asking about, your message, and any files you attach (such as dielines, artwork or spec sheets).
Context that comes with your inquiry. So we can answer properly and understand which pages are useful, the form also records the page you were viewing before you contacted us, how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or a campaign link), and your approximate country.
Usage data. Like most websites we use analytics to understand aggregate visits — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. This data is statistical and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and arrange samples;
- To follow up on an active conversation about your project;
- To understand which pages and products our visitors find useful.
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists without your consent — you hear from us about your inquiry, nothing else.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo — delivers our email notifications when you submit the form;
- Google Analytics — aggregate site statistics;
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security in front of our server.
Our website is hosted on servers located in Germany (EU). If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: functional cookies that remember where your visit started (so you don’t have to repeat yourself when you contact us), analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and security cookies set by Cloudflare. None of them are used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records and attachments are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up a returning project without asking you to resend everything. After that they are deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll handle it — no forms, no hoops.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS; form submissions and attachments are stored on our own server with access limited to the people who handle your inquiry.
